Razzaq available for selection

LAHORE: Star all-rounder Abdul Razzaq said today that Indian Cricket League (ICL) has released all players and issued no-objection certificate (NOC) too.Speaking to newsmen here, Razzaq said that he would apprise Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) of his availability for selection in a couple of days. “Players can now sign agreement with anyone after issuance of NOC from the unofficial cricket league,” he said.
